Founder / Exec. Director
Chrystal has an extensive background in business management, human resources and team leadership. Since 2022 she has participated in numerous trainings in the field of Supervised Visitation Services Management. A dynamic leader and advocate for families going through tough times. She has found her true calling as the Executive Director of Parenting with Grace. She is passionate about providing safety for all children - physically and emotionally - while nurturing their bond with parents and guardians. She believes in access to relationship-based parenting education will help families build their skills and abilities to strengthen health familial relationships.
President
Amy is a mom of 4 adopted children. Her and her husband adopted two different sibling groups through foster care. Currently her children are 12, 10, 9 and 9 years old. Amy has personal experience with having her children participate in supervised visits and has witnessed first-hand what it is like to experience her children having to say goodbye to their birth parents in supervised visitation. She has learned to navigate trauma through experience. Amy works as a Real Estate Broker and also a Transaction Settlement Manager, she has experience working with children in day treatment settings, at home children mental health services, and daycare settings including inside drug and rehab facilities. In her free time Amy likes to spend time with her family going camping, ice fishing, and being outside. Amy's goal is to help people understand the process of adoption, the impacts that it can have on children and adults and provide support. Amy has been on multiple parent panels to be an advocate for the adoption process and to bring light to the support the kids and process needs.

Vice President
Kim is a licensed home childcare provider who has owned and operated her business for 8 years. Previous, she worked as a preschool teacher in a Substance Abuse Rehab facility for several years interacting with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old as well as their families. Kim brings experience in nurturing and guiding children through play in a safe learning environment. That opportunity is what led Kim to realize that making a positive difference in a child's life was what made her cup full. She enjoys spending her free time outside with her family and camping with them and their dogs.

Secretary
Lisa is a mom to 3 children. Her and her husband adopted two of their children with very different backgrounds. Currently, her children are 12, 11, and 8 years old. Lisa has professional experience working in Child Protection and previous experience with in-home children mental health services. She is eager to support Parenting with Grace providing amazing services for families as they work toward reunification goals through Child Protection and Family Court. In her free time, Lisa and her family enjoy camping and staying at water parks.

Board Member
Rachel is a local attorney, practicing primarily in the area of child protection. She is originally from Becker. She volunteered at Anna Marie's Alliance Women's Shelter in St. Cloud during college and volunteered at the Domestic Violence Clinic and served on the board for Advocates for Children and Education during law school. She is also a child of divorce and has personal experience attending court-ordered supervised visitations. Her personal experiences fueled her passion for helping children and ensuring children feel safe and heard, and ultimately led her to her current line of work.

Ashley was born and raised in Wright County. She became a stay-at-home mom following her career as a Certified Medical Assistant. She is a strong woman, with first-hand experience of the importance of being an advocate for children and the overall wellness of the family unit. She is incredibly passionate about helping others and making a positive impact on everyone she encounters. She is trained in Leadership and has recently obtained her certification as a Front-Line Visitation Supervisor through the Supervised Visitation Network.

Board Member
Derek is a local Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. He has lived in Buffalo since 2006. Derek holds the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist™, AAMS™. He is originally from Thief River Falls, MN graduating in 1991. He attended St. John's University from 1991-1993 with a focus in Business Management. He was a 2-time MIAC All Conference Golfer for SJU during that time. He continues to play competitively calling Wild Marsh his home course. His journey in college continued with two years at NDSU 1993-1995 and finally finished his B.A. degree in Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas in 2003. His three siblings joke that you would have to sew many colors together to make an alma mater jersey for him! Derek has a passion to help others and put a smile on their face both personally and professionally. He looks forward to collaborating with the leadership team to help make Parenting with Grace a top-notch facility for both parents and children.
